Gabrielle Leonard is an award-winning business engineer that works with clients and companies to increase profitability through strategic planning, creative marketing and branding, event marketing, and back-end organization. Her solution-driven mentality has provided an incredibly successful track record not only for herself, but for every client she works with. Gabrielle has overcome youth homelessness, depression, setbacks and the devastation of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria that destroyed the US Virgin Islands in September 2017.
Despite these challenges, Gabrielle’s resilience has led her to become a successful serial entrepreneur as the CEO and Founder of Inspired Royals LLC, The Events and Marketing Studio Agency and The Booked Boss Society. Gabrielle coaches men and women through the process of discovering their true purpose and facilitates an action plan of how to monetize that purpose in a creative, enjoyable, successful manner. She provides a selection of keynotes, workshops, and coaching services to help entrepreneurs live a #BookedNotBusy lifestyle. As a business engineer, Gabrielle provides strategic business blueprints for every stage of growth: from a brand new start-up, to profit growth, to company expansion and team growth.
She utilizes her previous ten years of corporate and government management experience to help companies master the art of marketing, streamline standard operating procedures, and leverage event planning to increase product and service sales. She has been praised for her ability to ignite a room, inspire change, and educate in an engaging way while providing her audience with actionable takeaways they can immediately start applying to their life. Interview Highlights
Gabrielle is extremely confident and knows how to embody the woman she was created to be. After enduring hardship as a teenager she decided to take her life back and design her destiny. Overtime she realized that in order to do this she needed to embody the woman she desired to be in the future by living as such in the present.
Gabrielle has always been a hustler and figured out ways to support herself since she was in high school. She lives by the notion of “It’s always working”, and believes that everything is for a purpose and has a purpose. Gabrielle uses mindset practices to ensure she shows up as her best self because positivity does not always come naturally to her and she has suffered with depression and anxiety in the past.
Gabrielle knows her worth and realized that short changing herself did not yield the results she was looking for. Once she discovered this she was empowered to charge more for her services and surprisingly acquired more clients once she did. She lives by the principles she has used to change her life, and also teaches her clients to do the same.
